Hall Hire  Eltham  Bowling Club back
Our modern clubrooms provide an excellent venue for many varied functions and a great place to enjoy with your family, friends and colleagues.
Our hall can be hired out for:
Bookings back
Generally most bookings are from 7.30pm-12 midnight. However some bookings are taken for daytime depending on club events and the requirements of the hirer. As we only take 2 bookings per month, early bookings are recommended. Hours are dependant on our licence, Club Events and Tuesday or Saturday Pennant matches.
 
Entertainment back
The hirer can provide their own or organize professional DJ etc. (Public Liability Cover required).
 
Seating back
The hall can seat approximately 120 people with further seating available on the outdoor decking area. The Club also has a large dance floor.
 
Drinks back
The club has a limited liquor license. Due to our licensing regulations we cannot allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises. All drinks can be purchased directly from the bar so you can just relax and enjoy yourself.

 
Our licence covers us until 12 Midnight. All club volunteers who serve in the bar have undertaken the Responsible Serving of Alcohol training courses. We currently have about 18 trained volunteers.
 
Hall decorations back
Decorating & setting up times are to be organised with the Hall Hire Officer. We allow you to decorate the hall yourself but it must be taken down after the function.
 
Parking back
There is off-street parking available with disabled parking and entry into the Club.
 
Catering back
Hirers must provide their own catering. The hirer is welcome to use our large modern kitchen.
 
Cost back
The hall hire charge is $350.00 plus a $300 bond returnable on the hall being left clean, tidy and no damage being done to the premises.
 
Smoking Areas back
Please note there are 2 designated smoking areas:
Cigarette butts or falling ash can burn holes in any synthetic surface or scald/kill the grass.  The club's non-smoking policy falls with the guidelines of Bowls Victoria

Applications for bookings must be made via Hall Hire Officer with hirer agreeing to the our Club's Conditions of Hall Hire. For enquiries please the Hall Hire Officer - Meryl 9439 8363.
*Birthday Parties: We don't take any bookings for 18th's, (no under 21st's).
