Eltham Bowling Club End of 24/25 Season Celebration

The Celebration will be a Lunch at the Eltham Montmorency RSL on Saturday 10.5.25 starting at 12 noon.

Lunch will be a two course Seniors Meal (mains [8 to choose from the Seniors Menu {no steak}] and dessert) at a cost of $23.

Tea and Coffee will be available.                                     Drinks available at the Bar.

As well as celebrating the End of the Season, we celebrate and present badges to the members who achieved an “8”  during the season, celebrate Midweek Pennant Side 1 winning their Sectional Final and celebrate and present trophies to the Club Championship winners and most Runners Up.   

All members, family and friends are welcome to attend.

If you wish to attend you are asked to pay a $10 deposit per person by 6.00 pm on Sunday 23.3.25.

This deposit payment may be made by; 

(1) Transferring the deposit to the Eltham Bowling Club Bank Account: BSB 633 000 Account Number 145 177 408 .

When making the transfer, please use the Reference “EOYC followed by your name(s)”

OR (2) Pay Leon, the $10 deposit in cash at the Club between 10.00 am and 12 noon tomorrow (Thursday 13.3.25) (Card Morning), OR between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm tomorrow (Thursday 13.5.25), OR possibly at Autumn Social Bowls on Saturday 15.3.25, OR between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm on Thursday 20.3.25 OR at Autumn Social Bowls on Saturday 22.3.25. 

The deposits are required so we can confirm with the Eltham Montmorency RSL on 24.3.25 that the function will proceed. If there is not enough interest for the function to proceed, deposits will be refunded. 

When payments are finalised about two week before the Function, members will be given the opportunity to indicate seating preferences.

The room we have been able to allocated has limited capacity so members will be allotted places in order of deposit payment.
