Appointment of Club Coach
Dear fellow Members,
On behalf of the EBC board, it gives me great pleasure to announce the appointment of Clark McEvoy as our coach for the upcoming season. He brings immense experience to our club both as a very successful bowler and as a club coach having coached both Lalor and Diamond Creek for over 20 years.
The Board feels this is a very positive move for our club and feel that Clark is the right person to allow us to remain a successful club going forward. This will give all members the opportunity to improve their bowls it also gives us the ability to attract new members.
Clark is looking forward to meeting you all and will offer training to members of all levels and abilities. We are very excited about this appointment and hope you will all embrace this decision and take advantage of the training sessions that will be organised for the coming season.
We will organise a meet and greet afternoon in the coming weeks and hope you will avail yourself of the opportunity to meet him and have a chat.
For your information, an update since the AGM. I have agreed to one more year as President and Jan Mc Dermott is your new Vice President.
